Which countries do you ship to?
We provide shipping to any address in the continental United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico), United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada, Sweden, Mexico, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Austria and Poland.
However, please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all military ports, and Jurong Island.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
How long does delivery take?
Normally it will take 3-7 business days through the Standard Shipping. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
We will update the tracking number by email after the order is shipped, and you can also find the tracking number on your account.
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore all goods will be dispatched from our warehouse closest to the order address. You will receive your order in 3-10 business days from the date that it is placed. Delivery time may vary, especially during peak periods. How do I check the status of my package?
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number. You can check the delivery status of your package by clicking on the link on the express company's official website.
Are there shipping charges for repeated delivery, rejected packages, or returned packages without reason?
Yes. The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be at the customer’s expense, and will be deducted from the refund.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
What do I need to do when I received a product that's different from what I ordered?
Please email us immediately with your order ID number and photos of the shipping label, of the SKU model number on the back of the product box, and of the product inside the box. Send all photos to service@greenotehome.com.
Refund
Thanks for shopping at Greenote! We hope you’re happy with your purchases, but if you require a repair, return or refund, we are here to help.
Greenote store supports 30-day returns and refunds. If you need to apply for a return or refund, please read the following policy and contact our official customer service:service@greenotehome.com.
Eligible for refund:
1. Incorrect product
If you open the package and do not find the product you purchased in it, please do not open and use it, take a picture of the sheet containing logistics information and the unopened product, and provide it to customer service to apply for compensation.
2. Product problem
We focus on providing you with high-quality goods. If the goods you receive do not match the goods you ordered or the product has quality problems, we will process the refund request within three working days.
For quality problems or problems caused by our faults:
First, submit evidence, pictures, and images about the product. This will be handled by our auxiliary team.
Secondly, the returned product must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will sign and submit it to our after-sales team for processing.
3. Unwanted Products
If the products that you purchased directly from Greenote does not meet your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation application, is not defective and has not been used, and does not affect secondary sales, we call such product as "unwanted product".
You may return the unwanted product (Product for Refund) to Greenote for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified in the products’ listing on our website, or on the receipt or packing slip. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refund and exchanges for unwanted product are not available.
4. Out of stock
If the goods you have purchased cannot be shipped due to a lack of stock, we will contact you via email. You can choose from there either to recieve a refund or to wait for inventory.
5. Risk orders detected by Shopify
When we receive a risk order notification from Shopify, we will send you verification information by email. If you do not reply to us within three working days, we will automatically refund the order.
6. Remote areas
We are unable to ship and deliver to some remote areas and military locations, we are unable to ship and deliver. We will communicate with you by email as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a refund.
Notice:
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take 3-5 working days to process and mail the refund.
How to initiate a refund?
When you meet the refund conditions above:
To start the refund, please contact our customer service first:service@greenotehome.com as soon aspossible. We will reply to you within 1-3 working days;
Please provide us with the order number ( USGNXXXX ) and order details;
Please provide sufficient evidence to prove that there is a problem with the product or other related evidence. For specific questions, please consult customer service;
After confirming that the product can be returned, please return the product.
It is necessary for us to check the quality of the returned goods;
If the product being refunded is not returned, you will not get a refund;
We will notify you whether the refund is successful after receiving and checking your return.
How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
In most cases, the refund will be credited to your payment bank account within 3-10 working days, which means it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the refund amount.
If you have not received a refund after more than ten days, you can contact our customer service: service@greenotehome.com. We can provide you with an ARN. Banks and credit card providers can use ARN to track transactions, so we recommend that you use ARN. Go contact your credit card provider and investigate.
Returns
Eligible for return :
1. Eligible for refund.
2. Returns must include all accessories.
3. Items must include original packaging.
4. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. For quality related warranty claims, Greenote refunds the cost of the product itself.
6. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as screenshots of the order).
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
How to initiate a return?

Items sent back to us without prior request for return are not accepted;
Notice:
1. If the return is the result of a situation in which user is responsible, please pay the bill when you ship the goods because our return warehouse does not support cash on delivery.
2. If the return is the result of a situation in which Greenote is responsible, Greenote will refund the shipping cost. After the customer’s shipping charges, provide the order number and shipping bill, and the customer service will apply for a refund.
3.We recommend using the original box or envelope included with the product as a return package to avoid additional return shipping costs.

1. For orders with non-quality issues that meet our website's return policy, if you need an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, then contact our customer service and our team will be in touch We will process it for you as soon as possible after confirming the evidence you submitted.

Greenote collects information in order to operate more efficiently and provide you with a better product experience. The personal information is collected from (1) your direct provision of personal information, (2) data we record about how you interact with our products, and (3) third parties which we obtain your personal information indirectly.
The information we collect depends on the environment in which you interact with greenote, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use.

When you are in the process of registering an account, you need to provide your username, email address,and regional information to complete the account registration

When you turn on your smart device location function and use our location-based services, we may collect and process information about your actual location, so that you will be able to access services without manually entering your own geographic coordinates. We use various technologies to determine your location, including IP addresses, GPS and other sensors that can provide relevant information (such as information about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and base stations).
Please note that due to your use of the Product, the Product may collect information containing others’ personal information, including other persons’ facial and voice information, which will be depended on your use of the Product under certain circumstances. Please obtain the consent of such persons in advance when you use the Product and reasonably expect that such other persons’ information will be collected.
We obtain your personal information indirectly from a third party
1. When you log on to the Product using a third-party account, we shall based on your authorization, obtain your username, mobile phone number, email address, gender, photo, birth date, domicile, age, the current city where you are located, and personal statements you provided to the third party platform.
2. When you purchase our products on a third-party e-commerce platform (Amazon), we obtain information about your username on the platform, the order number, mailing address, payment amount, and payment time from the third-party e-commerce platform and payment service provider.

Beacons and pixel labels
In addition to cookies, we will use similar technologies on our websites such as beacons and pixel labels. Technical Service Providers:we work with third-party technical service providers who will provide technical support for specific features of our products or services to you, as well asback-office support for our smart devices. Advertising Service Providers: in order to promote our marketing information to you, we may share your email address with third-party advertising service providers, so that they may push marketing information that may be of interest to you. Right to rectification: you have the right to ask us to rectify or supplement any incorrect or incomplete processing of your personal data (if any). You can directly rectify and modify part of your personal data on the related function pages of products or services. Q1. Why my order was canceled?
A1: The Greenote Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license, or resell any products or services obtained from the Greenote Online Store. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the original account if we detect one of the following violations before the goods are shipped out or signed for:
1. A single account does not violate the purchase restriction, but an individual is determined (through payment account, delivery address, IP address, contact number, or other methods) to be linked to numerous accounts which cumulatively violate the purchase restriction.
2. Greenote receives notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal that the transaction was somehow fraudulent.
3. Greenote determines that the purchase was made through improper means or finds evidence that the order was not made legally.
Q2. Why was the deducted amount more than the agreed order amount?
A2: Greenote only deducts the agreed amount of the order, which is indicated on the checkout as well.
Possible reasons for the exceeded amount are:
1. exchange rate has changed.
2. Commission fee is taken by your bank or card company.
3. Your bank converts the currency for you to proceed the payment. For instance, your card only supports USD transactions while the order should be paid in RUB. As a result, extra funds may be required for the conversion.
To figure it out, you may contact the bank to check the transaction details.
Q3. How to check order status?
A3: When your order is shipped, your email address (entered during checkout) will receive a shipping notification email from Greenote. You can click the green button "View Your Order" in the email. You will then be linked to your order's status page, where you can get updates on your shipping status.
Q4. How to change or cancel an order after placing it?
A4: Generally, we will ship out the in-stock item you ordered within 24~48 hours. If you want to change the order info or cancel the order, please contact us in 24 hours via email(service@greenotehome.com)and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
*Notice:
Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible because we have no way to interrupt the logistics procedure. If you still want to cancel the order, don't worry, contact us for further discussion.
Q5. Are there shipping charges for repeated delivery, rejected packages, or returned packages without reason?
A5: Yes. The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be at the customer’s expense, and will be deducted from the refund.

Q1. How to start a return?
When you meet our website's return conditions:

1. We do not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.
2. If the return is due to customer reasons, please pay the shipping fee when returning the product because our return warehouse does not support cash on delivery.

Q2. When will I receive my refund?
In most cases, the refund will be credited to your payment bank account within 3-10 working days, which means it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the refund amount.
If you have not received a refund after more than ten days, you can contact our customer service: service@greenotehome.com. We can provide you with an ARN. Q1. Why does my hoover not turn on after a period of time / Automatically switches off soon after switching on (even when fully charged) ?
A1: If your hoover suddenly fails to switch on after a period of use / switches off automatically soon after switching on, the following causes may be responsible:
①. The battery has not been connected to the motor in the correct way, resulting in an unstable connection. (Refer to our video teaching on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/100083335601335/videos/465703538949872 )
②. Poor contact: Each accessory of the hoover has contacts made of metal at one end so that they can be energised when connected to each other. A violent bump or very frequent use may deform or make poor contact with one of the contacts, causes current blockage.
③. Clogged hoover: Due to long periods of time without cleaning the hoover, the floor brush, aluminium tube or dust box is clogged, resulting in reduced or even no suction power.
④. Damaged battery: the hoover's battery is damaged due to frequent overnight charging, or a violent impact on the battery, or having worked on wet floors or in a wet environment (cause the voltage of one section of the battery does not match the other section), which causes the battery to discharge too much when starting and the overload protection function is activated, thus automatically stopping the work.
So, you can quickly identify which part of your hoover is faulty by using the elimination method.
1. Verify that your battery is connected to the motor in the correct way as shown in the video, and the indicator light flashes properly when charging.
2. Verify that your motor is working properly. (Connect the battery + motor separately as shown in the picture, see if the machine works properly)
3. Make sure that your dust collection cup is working properly. (Connect the battery + motor + dust cup, see if the machine works properly)
4. Make sure that your telescopic tube is working properly. (Connect the battery + motor + dust cup + telescopic tube , see if the machine works properly)
5. Make sure that your floor brush is working properly. (Connect battery + motor + dust cup + brush, see if the machine works properly)

As the picture to show you the contacts of each part of the hoover where it is connected, you can use the contacts in the picture as a reference to determine if your contacts are deformed.

Q2. Why my vacuum become low suction or no suction at all?
A2: If the suction power of your hoover has decreased significantly after a period of use, the following causes may be responsible:
①. Clogging of the hoover due to the inside of the machine not being cleaned for a long time.
②. Low battery, resulting in reduced motor power.
Solution:
Turn off the vacuum and remove the floor nozzle from the nozzle. Use the pop-up tab on the left side of the nozzle to remove the soft roller and check for tangled hair:

3. Check your brush connections

Then, Try using a long hook or chopstick to dig out any blockages that have become entangled in the machine, or tap down to guide the blockage out.

Q3. Why does my hoover's battery life span become very short ?
A3: ①. Generally speaking, the battery life of our hoovers is 2 to 3 years, but based on the nature of lithium batteries, similar to most cordless hoovers on the market, the maximum charge of our hoover's battery will receive an impact with the amount of time you use it and how many times you charge it.

Q4. How often should I clean the filter and brush head?

1. Greenote 2-Year Limited Warranty
The 2-year limited warranty and lifetime customer support only applies to qualifying purchases made directly from the Greenote official website and does not apply to accessories or other consumables such as filters or brushes. Warranty coverage extends only to the original owner and original product and is not transferable.
Greenote warrants, from the date of purchase, that this equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with the requirements in the user manual, subject to the following conditions and exclusions::
2. What does the warranty cover?
(1) At Greenote's sole discretion, original equipment and/or non-wear parts deemed defective will be repaired and replaced for a maximum of two years from the original date of purchase.
(2) If the vacuum cleaner is replaced, the warranty coverage will be terminated. If an accessory is replaced, the same accessory cannot be replaced again.
(3) Greenote reserves the right to replace products of equal or higher value. For warranty claims that meet qualifying requirements, Greenote will prepay return shipping and reshipping charges (ground shipping only).
(4) Greenote’s entire liability and your sole remedy shall be chosen by us. Generally, there are the following 3 situations:
① Repair the machine (replacement parts used to repair the machine may be new, equivalent to new or refurbished);
② Replace the machine with a new or refurbished machine (the replacement machine must be of the same model or with equivalent functions);
③ Refund the machine price you paid (excluding taxes and shipping charges).
3. What content is not covered by this warranty?
(1) The commercial warranty does not apply if the non-conformity of the product is not caused by qualified defects existing at the time of delivery. 5. How to initiate a warranty claim?
You must email service@greenotehome.com to initiate a warranty claim. You will need your order information as proof of purchase.
Maintenance Costs
1. Our repair costs depend on the specific problem and your warranty status.
If the problem with the product is covered by the warranty and is within the warranty period, you do not need to pay for repair costs; if the problem is not covered by the warranty or is not within the warranty period, you need to pay for out-of-warranty repair costs. But not all problems can be repaired.
